Our founder spent years evaluating and investing in lower middle market businesses. Time and again, the same pattern emerged: profitable companies with strong customer relationships were bleeding cash because their AR process was an afterthought. The owner was too busy running the business. The office manager had 15 other priorities. And the invoices? They sat. And sat. And sat.
